Biography
I'm an east coast transplant who moved to San Francisco almost 20 years ago after college and a few years in Nashville. I've worked in everything from sales to law enforcement to education. I've enjoyed playing in bands and recording music for years although running my practice and having two young kids has made it difficult to put as much time into this as I did in the past. My work and family experience, training and musical background help me connect and collaborate with people of various backgrounds. The focus of my practice is working with young professionals and men in life transition (getting married, switching career/jobs, having children, divorce, mid-life transition and retirement) Call me so we can discuss what brings you to therapy and see if I'm a good fit to help you move forward. Even though my focus is on working with men, about 25% of my clients are women.
