We&#39;ll be using music to clear our minds and attempt to enter a deep state of relaxation and meditation. For this sound meditation we&#39;ll be using a single instrument. This instrument is used in Indian classical music - the tanpura. <br /><br />You are welcome to download an app to play the sound on your end to amplify the sound or you can simply use the sound being played on the sound call. <br /><br />If you plan to download the app, here are some options:<br /><br />Android phones: Tanpura droid<br />iPhone: itabla <br /><br />Please allow yourself a few minutes in the beginning to set it up if you plan to use the app. We&#39;ll go over setting up the app for folks that wish to use them.
