Biography
Dr. “Elliott” Liz Caine is a licensed psychologist specializing in existential humanistic, contemplative, and liberation-oriented psychology. My practice centers on supporting neurodivergent & queer communities, as well as folks navigating cancer, aging, and mortality.
Rooted in Quaker values and decolonization frameworks, I create a compassionate space to confront the intense and uncomfortable aspects of life. My approach blends existential inquiry with somatic practices, helping clients explore identity, privilege, and the transformative power of navigating discomfort.
Whether you are facing a life transition, an existential dilemma, or the complexities of chronic illness, I offer a refuge for authentic self-discovery. Together, we can dismantle internalized oppression and cultivate empowerment, wisdom, and deep understanding. My goal is to guide you toward your true self, proving that even amidst daunting challenges, significant growth is possible.
