I've been in private practice for the past 35 years working with individuals and couples dealing with a broad range of issues.  My practice is informed by a range of theories and clinical experience that include attachment theory, neuroscience and psychodynamic psychotherapy.  I work collaboratively with the goal of  discovering insights and various strategies to deal with the stresses and challenges of life.  I have an interest in both brief and long-term psychotherapy as it fits the situation. I offer a free in-person consultation to assess the feasibility of our work together.
