Biography
I'm a clinical psychologist in private practice working with clients of all ages 18 and older. I provide in-person appointments at my office in San Anselmo, CA or online video appointments for California residents anywhere in the state. I currently have openings for new clients and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. I am in network for Aetna and its affiliated carriers and Spring Health EAP.
I have over 20 years experience working in various medical settings and specialize in the treatment of individuals and their caregivers coping with chronic illness, chronic pain or other life changing diagnosis. I offer grief counseling for those who have suffered a loss. I work with individuals seeking to change unhealthy behavioral habits and improve their health. I also work with health care professionals working in medical settings to improve work/life balance and recover from burnout.
My approach is holistic integrating mind, body and spirit using treatment approaches grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Somatic Psychology.
